Women's Self-Defense Class

**Classes Are Currently on Hold Due to COVID-19**

The Dallas Police Department hosts a Women's Self-Defense Class quarterly to increase awareness and basic survival skills. If there isn't a current class scheduled, you may contact our Police Community Liaison to be put on a wait list.

The intention of the course is to provide means of basics introductory self-defense for women. The class is open to females only ages 18 and above. All participants must sign a waiver before the class. Please wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes to the class.

The individuals who attend this class will:
  • Learn proven techniques and bolster your confidence!
  • Identify your physical and psychological limitations and learn to over come both.
  • A special prize for completing the class.
