Economic Opportunities Analysis - TAC

About

Members of the Economic Opportunities Analysis - Technical Advisory Committee (EOA-TAC) are tasked with reviewing the work prepared by ECONorthwest (consultant) hired by the city to prepare Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA) as described under Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 660, Division 9.

Duties and Responsibilities

Members of the EOA-TAC, appointed by Dallas City Council, are not empowered to make decisions concerning the EOA but are directed to review the work prepared by the consultant, in an in-depth capacity, in order to formulate thoughtful recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council for subsequent deliberation and action.

The EOA-TAC is expected to meet six times in 2020 to develop the draft EOA document that will be subject to public hearing consideration (dates TBD).  Thereafter, the EOA-TAC is expected to sunset.
