Everbridge is a mass notification solution that will allow the City of Dallas to issue emergent or non-emergent notifications to subscribed citizens via email, text message, and voicemail alert. You have multiple group options to subscribe to, and if you sign up for the Dallas Police Activity group, you will receive routine communications from the Dallas Police Department. 

When appropriate, you will receive emergency messages regarding emergency street closures, potential threats in a neighborhood, or requests for public assistance such as lost/missing persons.

More frequently, you will receive non-emergent messages to keep you inform on police activity. Sign up here!
