Responsibilities & Services

The City of Dallas Emergency Medical Services (EMS) System provides advanced life support services 24 hours a day. The system is designed to provide critical care on scene as well as providing critical care inter-facility transfers. 

Dallas Fire & EMS serves an estimated population of 28,500 people with emergency medical services.
