Author Visit David G. Lewis Ph.D

David G. Lewis Ph.D,  a member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, will be at the Dallas Library on Thursday, February 1st at 6:30pm to discuss his book Tribal Histories of the Willamette Valley.

He will discuss the rich history of  the Willamette Valley, its riverbanks, forests, and mountains; home to the tribes of Kalapuya, Chinook, Molalla, and more for thousands of years.

David G. Lewis Ph.D, is a recognized researcher, scholar, writer and assistant professor of anthropology and Indigenous studies at Oregon State University.
