How can I join a class?

There is no sign-up needed to join a class. Anyone over 18 years of age is welcome to join a water aerobic class.

What are these classes?

Water aerobic classes range from low-impact exercise to an advanced workout. Here is a breakdown of each class.

Joint Efforts: Low impact, resistance, and range of motion exercises.

Location: Therapy Pool

Aquacise: Moderate to fast paced exercise working with and against the river.

Location: Multi-use Pool

Deep Water: Water treading with a variety of equipment.

Location: Lap Pool

River Romp: Advanced class that is working with and against the river.

Location: Multi-use Pool
