Downtown Banner Programs

The City of Dallas has two banner programs. All banners are 17'' wide x 36" tall  made of a heavy vinyl, printed the same on both sides. See below for more details.

Black History Month banners: Displayed all of February along the 600-900 block of Main Street as a way to honor and recognize the achievements, contributions, and lives of African American figures in U.S. history who have championed equality and had a significant impact on our society.
