The City of Dallas Building Division uses the State of Oregon ePermitting system for the following services: 

  • Pull Permits for Residential Projects (New Dwellings and ADUs, Manufactured Homes, Structural, Mechanical, Pumbing, Backflow Devices, etc.)
  • Pull Permits for Commercial Projects (New Structures, Structural Repairs and Additions, Tenant Improvements, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Systems, etc.)
  • Pay for Permits
  • Submit Plans and Documents for Permits
  • Schedule Inspections
  • Track Permit Progress

Help Desk

Oregon Building Codes Division provides training to contractors on how to register for and use the ePermitting system. The state offers training for contractors and their staff to attend an ePermitting training. (Click here for a list of jurisdictions offering ePermitting)
