In December, City staff and representatives of the property owner led a consultant team, which included lead consultant David Evans & Associates (DEA) and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), on a site tour of the former Dallas Mill in south Dallas. Using a state Transportation Growth Management (TGM) grant, the City has retained a DEA and their subcontractors to help design a redevelopment plan for the Dallas Mill Site to include improvements to the transportation systems in this part of the city.
