Facilities Division

City Hall

The Facilities Division manages the operation, safety and appearance of all City buildings and associated facilities or sites. 

The Division oversees Project Based Services such as, maintenance and repair of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety Systems, Facility Capital Improvements, Project Management, Asset Management, and OutReach Programs among more.

The Facilities Division also manages, Site Services such as, City Wide Custodial Services, Building Environmental Health & Safety, Facility Strategic Planning, Digital Rendering, and Tenant Improvement Design and many more.  

We are also broadening our Division Direction with new upcoming practices like Building Sustainably.

The care given to each of the City Facilities is consistent with the City of Dallas mission to be a “welcoming, safe and livable community.”
